Pentair Easy Touch Wireless Automation System with Remote
The first remote systems use to be very expensive and not very reliable. Most of the wireless systems worked like your garage door opener. Things have really changed. You don’t have to install conduit & wire from the remote to your pool equipment any longer. Wireless systems are very reliable and much cheaper to install than hard wired systems. Jandy use to be the best systems, but since Pentair bought out Comp pool industries, they now make the best systems. The cheapest systems are the Hayward systems. Hayward automation is not very popular and they are not know for this.
The easy touch wireless system is the best unit for the money. Pentair makes a more expensive system called the IntelliTouch. EasyTouch almost does all the same things for much less money.
A salt system if installed at the same time can really save you money. At least $500.00
The Pentair Easy Touch Automation System comes with a 1-year warranty on parts & labor. Pentair offers up to 3-years warranty on all equipment. The way this works is you get 1-extra year per equipment item installed at the same time, up to 3 years.
